Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Ashmirra Fab we strive to maintain transparency and consistency in all of our operational processes while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront. However, due to the nature of our business and the flow of order processing, we have certain limitations regarding cancellations and exchanges.

Order Cancellations

  • All orders placed on our website are considered final once confirmed at checkout.
  • Since orders are processed automatically through our system for timely dispatch, we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation, modification, or alteration once an order has been submitted.
  • Please ensure that all details such as size, color, quantity, shipping information, and payment method are reviewed thoroughly prior to completing your purchase, as we will not be in a position to adjust or retract an order thereafter.

Exchange Policy

  • As part of our policy framework, we do not entertain general exchange requests under normal circumstances.
  • Exchanges may only be considered in very limited and exceptional cases, such as where the item received has been delivered in a defective, damaged, or materially compromised condition that prevents it from being used for its intended purpose.
  • Should such a situation arise, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify our support team via ashmirra01@gmail.com within 2–3 working days from the date of delivery. Notifications received after this time frame may not be eligible for consideration.

Procedure for Reporting a Damaged Item

  1. The customer must provide a clear written description of the issue along with photographic and/or video evidence of the product and its packaging.
  2. Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will conduct a verification process to determine the legitimacy of the claim.
  3. If validated, a replacement product of the same nature will be arranged and dispatched at no additional cost to the customer.
  4. Please note that replacements are subject to product availability, and in rare cases where the item is no longer in stock, alternative resolutions may be provided at the discretion of our team.

Important Notes

  • Claims based on personal preference, incorrect ordering, or a change of mind do not fall within the purview of our cancellation or exchange provisions.
  • We reserve the right to reject requests that are found to be inconsistent with our policies, incomplete in documentation, or raised outside of the stipulated reporting time frame.
  • This policy is designed to balance both customer assurance and operational efficiency while minimizing misuse.
